Isabel Marant offers a flexible return policy, allowing you to return any item purchased on the official online store within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account or access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original box and attach the pre-printed return label provided with your order over the previous delivery information.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Schedule a collection with the designated courier or drop off your package at an authorized service point to ensure the return is tracked.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
